The fact that almost everyone loves chocolate is something that most people can agree on. There are so many different kinds of chocolate; dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, and my favorite, white chocolate. Instead of the classic chocolate chip cookies why not try some of these wonderfully easy white chocolate chip cookies?

The Best White Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Any kind of chocolate really is good, but if you're looking for just a slightly different spin on your classic chocolate, white chocolate is the way to go. White chocolate tends to be a little creamier than milk or dark chocolate. This is due to the fact that it doesn't actually contain any cacao solids.
Recently I've been eating a TON of chocolate chip cookies. And while they were good I just started wanting something just a smidge different. That's when I decided to try some white chocolate chip cookies.
They surely didn't disappoint! They are perfect for just regular snacking, holiday get-togethers, and everything in between.
Learning how to make this white chocolate chip cookie recipe is just as easy as regular chocolate chip cookies or even M&M cookies. These white chocolate chip cookies are easy chewy and delicious!

Step One
Pro tip: make sure to pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. You wouldn't want your cookie dough to be ready and not be able to bake it right away!
Once you've got your oven preheating, you need to get your butter and sugar together. You will want to use a stand mixer to cream them together. This stand mixer is super awesome!
When we dont feel up to using the large mixer, we also like to use this one. Its compact, lightweight, reasonably priced, and easy to use.
You want to put your stand mixer on high and beat your butter and sugar together until they are well mixed. Make sure that your butter doesn't have any chunks left. In order to do this your butter needs to be softened before starting.
To get your butter softened you have two choices. First you can take it and put it on your counter for a few hours before using it. But if you forgot or you're in a hurry, you can pop them in your microwave for a few seconds. Just make sure you don't melt it!
Step Two
Once your butter and sugar are creamed together you want to add the rest of your wet ingredients which will be eggs and vanilla extract. Go ahead and add them to your mixing bowl and start your mixer back on a medium speed.
Mix everything on medium for 1 to 2 minutes until it is thoroughly mixed. Make sure not to overmix or make your dough tough.
Step Three
After all your wet ingredients have been mixed together, next you want to mix all of your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Gather all your flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl and stir gently.
Step Four
This next step is when we start to get something that looks like cookie dough! You want to mix your dry ingredients into the bowl with your wet ingredients. Make sure to do this slowly so that the dry ingredients don't go all over the place.
Now you'll want to fold all of the ingredients together and mix thoroughly. You can do this either by hand with a spatula or with a stand mixer. If you use a stand mixer make sure to keep it on low speed so that you don't fling flour everywhere!
Step Five
Here's where we add in our white chocolate chips! Slowly pour your white chocolate chips into your cookie dough. Then using a spatula and your hand fold everything together so that is combined well.

Step Six
Get your baking sheet and make sure it is either nonstick or has some nonstick cooking spray added to it. We're going to start adding the cookie dough.
Using a tablespoon or your hands start getting balls of cookie dough and adding to the cookie sheet. You'll want to aim for about one-and-a-half tablespoons of cookie dough per cookie for the perfect sized cookies.
Make sure that your balls of cookie dough are tightly packed and spread out from one another so that your cookies are shaped well and do not run together.
Step Seven
Now it's time to get your cookies baked! Put your baking sheet with your cookie dough into your oven that's been preheated to 350 degrees. It should take about 8 to 12 minutes for your cookies to cook.
Cook time can vary based on the size of your cookie dough balls your oven and your altitude. Set a timer for 8 minutes and take a peek to see if they're ready. Cookies should have a slightly brown, crisp edge when they're ready to take out. They can take up to 12 minutes.
Once cookies are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool. Make sure to let them cool long enough so you don't burn your mouth. When they're ready sit back and enjoy!
